This project was part of a bigger event connected to ‘Society of the Spectacle’ by Guy Debord.
With our interactive installation we want to make people aware of their own racial biases, subconscious or not, without putting labels on them as a negative approach. Rather, we would like to give people an opportunity to think an reflect on themselves. The conversation piece (a pin you colour in according to twelve questions) is a portrait; but we also want to make it about more than that by interfering into the activities – in order to provoke thought regarding the image they are and the image they could become. ‘This is what you are and what you could be’.
